मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल द्वारा ‘‘शासकीय महाविद्यालयों में पढ़ने वाले विद्यार्थियों को घर से कॉलेज और कॉलेज से घर आने-जाने के लिए बस के माध्यम से निःशुल्क परिवहन सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने‘‘ की घोषणा पर राज्य शासन द्वारा अमल शुरू कर दिया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल ने स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर राजधानी रायपुर के पुलिस परेड मैदान में आयोजित राज्य स्तरीय समारोह में महाविद्यालय के छात्रों के हित में यह घोषणा की है।The state government has started implementing the announcement made by the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel to “provide free transport facility through bus for students studying in government colleges from home to college and from college to home”. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel made this announcement in the interest of the college students at the state level function organized at the Police Parade Ground in the capital Raipur on the occasion of Independence Day.
उच्च शिक्षा विभाग की आयुक्त श्रीमती शारदा वर्मा ने इस घोषणा के क्रियान्वयन के संबंध में सभी शासकीय कॉलेज के प्राचार्यों को पत्र लिखा है। जिसमें शासकीय महाविद्यालय में अध्ययनरत उन विद्यार्थियों की जानकारी मांगी गई है, जो निःशुल्क बस परिवहन सेवा का लाभ लेना चाहते हैं। पत्र के माध्यम से निर्धारित प्रारूप में जानकारी मांगी गई है। जिसमें ट्रैवलर्स का नाम, बस रूट का नाम, महाविद्यालय के निकटतम बस स्टॉप के नाम और विधार्थी की घर से कॉलेज की दूरी से संबंधित जानकारी मांगी गई है। प्राचार्याें को उक्त जानकारी 28 अगस्त तक विभाग भेजने को कहा गया है।
The Commissioner of Higher Education Department, Smt. Sharda Verma has written a letter to the principals of all government colleges regarding the implementation of this announcement. In which information has been sought of those students studying in government colleges, who want to avail free bus transport service. Information has been sought through letter in the prescribed format. In which information has been sought related to the name of the travelers, the name of the bus route, the name of the bus stop nearest to the college and the distance of the college from the student's home. The principals have been asked to send the above information to the department by August 28.
उल्लेखनीय है की युवाओं से भेंट मुलाकात के दौरान कॉलेज के छात्रों ने मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल से निःशुल्क बस सेवा उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की थी।
